Palmdale, CA – One Killed in Two-Car Crash on 70th St N near 80th St E
Palmdale, CA (October 13, 2023) – One person sustained fatal injuries as a result of an accident that took place in the Palmdale area on Wednesday evening, October 11.
Just after 9:00 p.m., troopers with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene of a crash that took place on 70th Street North.
According to official reports, one vehicle was traveling east on the roadway when it collided with a westbound vehicle near 80th Street East.
One person in the second vehicle, identified as a passenger, was transported to an area hospital, where they passed away from their injuries.
The driver of the first vehicle was taken into police custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.
At this time, investigations into the crash are underway.
