Los Angeles, CA – Pedestrian Hurt in Crash on Reseda Blvd at Clark St
Los Angeles, CA (February 12, 2025) – Authorities are searching for a driver who fled the scene after hitting a man in a marked crosswalk Tuesday morning, February 11, in Tarzana.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of Reseda Boulevard and Clark Street. Surveillance footage captured the moment a black Ford F-150, traveling south on Reseda, made a left turn onto Clark and struck the pedestrian.
After stopping briefly and exiting his vehicle, the driver approached the injured man while holding a phone. Several witnesses also stopped to check on the victim. However, moments later, the driver got back into his truck—loaded with a trash bin, recycling bin, and a couch—and drove away without offering assistance.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported the victim, a man in his 60s, to a local hospital in critical condition. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
We hope for the victim’s full recovery.
