Encino, CA –Multi-Vehicle Wreck with Injuries on 101 Freeway near Hayvenhurst Ave
Encino, CA (September 25, 2023) – A major motor vehicle accident was reported on Sunday morning in Encino. The accident occurred at around 12:40 a.m. on September 24.
According to reports from the California Highway Patrol, a collision involving a CHP patrol car and multiple additional vehicles occurred on the 101 Freeway. The incident blocked several eastbound lanes of the road near Hayvenhurst Avenue.
At least two people involved in the crash were injured. The victims were transported to area hospitals for medical care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
