Anaheim, CA – One Severely Injured in Crash on the 5 Fwy
Anaheim, CA (December 20, 2024) – A serious traffic collision left at least one person severely injured on Thursday evening, December 19, in Anaheim, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:34 p.m. on the southbound 5 Freeway near Magnolia Avenue. Reports indicate that two vehicles were involved in the crash. Emergency crews, including firefighters and paramedics, arrived at the scene to assist. One of the drivers was found unconscious but breathing. At least one individual was transported to a hospital with severe injuries for further medical care.
Additionally, an Animal Control Unit was called to the scene to care for a dog involved in the crash. The collision resulted in multiple lane closures as authorities conducted their investigation.
